From Shop Owners: Shop name, product catalog, LINE OA credentials, PromptPay ID, contact information, and owner LINE user ID.

From Customers (end users): LINE user ID, display name, chat messages, payment slip images (when sent for verification), and language preference (auto-detected).

Data is stored on secure servers. Chat messages and payment slips are encrypted in transit. We retain chat history for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days after cancellation.

NightShift uses the LINE Messaging API. By interacting with a NightShift-powered LINE OA, customers consent to their messages being processed by our AI system. Shop owners are responsible for informing their customers that an AI assistant is handling chats.

7. Customer Rights

Customers can request data deletion by messaging the shop's LINE OA with "ลบข้อมูล" or "delete my data". Shop owners can request full account and data deletion by contacting us.

Our dashboards use essential cookies for authentication only. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

9. Children's Privacy

NightShift is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
